Local councils working together to protect the health of the community

The Eastern Health Authority is managed by a Board comprising elected members from the City of Burnside, Campbelltown City Council, the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters, the City of Prospect and the Corporation of the Town of Walkerville.

The members representing Walkerville Council are Councillor Carolyn Wigg and Councillor Sinead Bernardi.

Due to building renovations at Walkerville Council the Public Immunisation Clinic held on November 28 will be held in the Walkerville Uniting Church, 17 Smith Street Walkerville. There is no Public Immunisation Clinic at Walkerville during December due to the public holiday. From January 2013, al lWalkerville Public Immunisation Clinics will be held at Eastern Health Authoritys newly renovated offices at 101 Payneham Road St Peters.

The Eastern Health Authority provides the immunisation programs on behalf of Walkerville Council such as the:

  • National Immunisation Program
  • School Based Immunisation Program
  • Worksite Immunisations

The Authority's staff can respond to your enquiries, and assist with professional advice on a variety of immunisation matters.
